All our items are 100% guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with condition, the cost of item(s) will be refunded. All returns must be authorized by B-Bop Records prior to acceptance and must be received in the same condition sent. All claims must be received within 10 days of invoice date.
Domestic & International Ordering Instructions
Our shopping cart software will automatically calculate the postage and total your bill before you approve your order for submission. Once you submit the order you will be sent an email to verify and confirm it. Please print it out for your records. You can also call during business hours and place your order by phone if you prefer. All is welcome.Orders in the state of Ohio are subject to a 6.75% sales tax that is automatically calculated by the shopping cart software.
Shipping Policy & Rates
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Select the applicable shipping rates from the
list below.
For domestic orders, insurance & tracking are optional but definitely recommended as B-Bop can not be responsible for loss or damage due to postal service negligence. By not choosing an insured & tracked option you forfeit your right to make any claims against B-Bop Records for loss or damage to your order.
International orders are shipped 1st class airmail. NOTE: We Reserve the right to charge for Registered Mail Shipping on any order that we deem is of high value, or is being shipped to a Country where we have experienced a high risk in lost shipments. Registered Mail is an additional $13, but will provide some insurance and tracking with proof of delivery. We don't ship to Mexico.

The B-Bop Records search engine is designed to make your searches quick and easy. You have the choice to make your searches as broad or as narrow as possible.
- In the Artist window, typing the last name of an artist will get you everything by that artist. If you are not sure how to spell the last name then type in the first few letters of it. For example "Dyl" will get you "Dylan". For a group's name, typing in "Rolling" or "Stones" will get you all the Rolling Stones. Do not type in "The Rolling Stones" as the word "the" has been omitted from all band names except for the group "The The".
- In the title window you need to type in the exact title. It must be complete and spelled correctly.
- For various artists compilations type in "V/A" in the artists window or the title of the compilation in the title window.
- For any soundtrack type in the name of the movie or play in the artist window, or to view all soundtracks, choose "Soundtracks" from the drop down menu in the category window.
- The category and format windows have drop-down menus you can choose from. Choose any one or combination of them and click search to view the items. For example if you want to view all the Jazz CD's the choose "Jazz" from the category drop-down menu and "CD" from the format menu and click the search button.
- For the most detailed search you can use as many of the windows as you wish. For example if you're looking for Bob Dylan's "Blood On the Tracks" vinyl LP then type in "Bob Dylan" in the Artist window, "Blood On the Tracks" in the Title window and choose LP from the Format drop-down menu.
- Do not use any punctuation, commas, full stops etc.
B-Bop Records can buy your record or cd collection, or other music items through the mail. Here's how!
If you already have a complete list of items made at this stage, and wish for our transaction to be based on the contents of that list, then either e-mail, fax: (419)-535-1234, or snail-mail the list to us. The list should include the following information concerning each item:
- a) Artist
- b) Title
- c) Name of record company and catalog #
- d) Country of origin if not U.S.
- e) Condition of record as estimated by you, preferably consistent with our grading standards.
For prolific artists whose work remained in print for several years (such as the Beatles), even the above information will not be detailed enough to distinguish a $4 common issue record from a $40 collector's item record. Just do your best according to your knowledge in distinguishing each item from other similar issues. We will request more information if necessary.
We will contact you by phone or email to discuss more specifics with you, including
whether
a) we will travel to your location
to evaluate the collection
b) we will make an offer from the
information at hand, or
c) we will request that you send us
the records to evaluate in our offices.
In all cases, cash payments will be made immediately upon receipt of records when price is agreed upon by buyer and seller and once condition gradings have been verified.
